Al Haq Builders and Developers currently developing Riphah University Islamabad Campus and a 600 bed Hospital a project by Riphah International University.

The new state-of-the-art campus at Gulberg Greens Islamabad started in June/July 2020. and it will be completed in two years.

Approximately 121,855/sft covered area of Academic Block consisting Basement, Ground Floor and First Floor being developed by Al Haq Builders and Developers.

A ceremony was held at Marriott Hotel Islamabad on 4th May 2018 to launch the project.

Explaining the project, the Executive Director, Islamic International Medical College Trust (IIMCT) Engr. Asadullah Khan said that this project will be a state of the art in the healthcare sector and it will deploy modern technologies including modern ventilation, heating, and cooling system, modern drain system for natural rainwater.

Proper use of daylight makes it an environment-friendly and energy-efficient project.

Along with Al Haq Builders and Developers, an international consortium of architects comprising JRHP, environmental specialists firm VERDOUS, engineering firm RAMBOLL and medical planners Keppie have already been working with Riphah for the design of the project.

Executive Director also acknowledged the contribution of Ernst & Young for technical feasibility, Nasir Absar & Co for financial advice, and Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited for financial support in this mega project.
